Looking for a fun, hands-on volunteer experience for your company or community group? Pack to Give brings your team to the Storehouse to assemble hygiene kits for people across Michigan. It’s an engaging way to work together, connect with your community, and see your impact right away.
Your team can sponsor the kits you pack for an organization doing work that matters to YOU. Storehouse will share a list of local organizations that have requested hygiene kits for the people they serve, including:
- People experiencing homelessness
- Veterans
- People rebuilding careers after incarceration
- Workforce stability programs
- Seniors
- People with disabilities
- Youth and young adults at risk
Choose the cause that speaks to your team, and we’ll help get the kits where they’re needed most.
—VOLUNTEERING INFORMATION
- Suggested Attire: Wear clothing that you would not mind getting dirty. Close-toed shoes are required. Layers are helpful, as the warehouse fluctuates in temperature.
- Enter through the designated volunteer entrance (see map) and check-in in the cafe.
- Come with a servant’s heart and a good attitude, ready to pour into others and be flexible in helping the team.
- Snacks and refreshments are available if needed.
- Most volunteer shifts involve standing and light labor for 2-3 hours. Please connect prior to your Pack to Give event if accommodations are needed.

- Please do not park in front of any entrance/garage doors or loading zones.
- Warehouse Volunteers: Enter through “Gate” and come in through door B, as marked on map.
- Teacher Resource Store Volunteers: Enter through door A, as marked on map.
- Handicap parking spaces are available.
